Unite Community Values
Welcome to the Unite Community â where weâre building the future of web3 gaming, together. These are the values that guide how we show up for each other:
Build Together
We believe in contribution over competition. Progress happens when we share ideas, support each other, and move as a collective.
Fun First
Weâre here for the real players â the ones who care about fun, creativity, and purpose. Everything we do starts with a community-first mindset.
Open & Inclusive
Unite is for everyone. Whether youâre new to web3 or a veteran builder, your voice matters. We aim to lower barriers, not raise them.
Interconnected by Design
Unite is part of a growing ecosystem of builders, creators, and players. We believe in interoperability, composability, and collaboration across communities.
Transparent and Open
We support open-source development, clear communication, and community ownership. Letâs build in the open â together.
Community Guidelines
Our forum is a place for meaningful conversation, creative exchange, and collaborative problem-solving. We encourage thoughtful discussion around web3 games, infrastructure, and the broader future weâre co-creating.
This isnât just a help desk â itâs a hub for discovery, feedback, and mutual support.
Contribute with Intention
Every post, reply, or reaction contributes to the tone and culture of Unite. Before you hit âpost,â ask yourself:
Is this helpful? Insightful? Relevant?
Engaging posts might:
-
Share learnings or dev progress
-
Ask thoughtful questions
-
Offer feedback or suggestions
-
Celebrate a cool achievement in the community
Stay Respectful
Disagreement is natural, especially in fast-moving ecosystems. What matters is how we disagree. Keep conversations constructive and on-topic.
Avoid:
-
Personal attacks or insults
-
Harassment or trolling
-
Spreading misinformation
Instead:
-
Focus on ideas, not individuals
-
Be generous with your interpretations
-
Assume good intentions
Elevate the Space
Our goal is to create an environment where developers, creators, players, and partners can thrive. That means contributing to threads that inspire, educate, or connect.
You can also:
-
Use tags and categories to help others find relevant info
-
Like and bookmark content you value
-
Flag things that go against the vibe
Weâre not just chatting â weâre building something bigger.
Zero Tolerance for Harm
To keep Unite a safe and empowering space, we donât allow:
-
Hate speech or discrimination
-
NSFW or obscene content
-
Doxxing, impersonation, or leaking personal info
-
Piracy or illegal activity
-
Spamming or shilling unrelated projects
If youâre unsure whether somethingâs okay to post â it probably isnât.
Keep It Organized
Help us keep the forum clean and useful:
-
Donât post the same thing in multiple places
-
Avoid low-effort replies (e.g. â+1â, âlolâ, âpump itâ)
-
Use the proper categories and tags
-
Start a new thread if your reply goes off-topic
Share Your Own Work (Responsibly)
We love seeing what youâre building! Just make sure youâre not posting:
-
Copyrighted material you donât own
-
Assets, code, or content without permission
-
Anything intended to scam, mislead, or farm engagement
If youâre proud of something, share it with context and authenticity.

Youâre Part of the Mission

Letâs keep this space open, creative, and aligned with the values weâre here to build.

Ownership & Rights
Your content remains yoursâUnite doesnât claim ownership of your creations, posts, or profile data.
However, by submitting content, you grant Unite a broad license to display, distribute, and analyze that content within the community. This allows us to maintain public visibility and continuity of discussions.
If your content is deleted, our rights to that content expire when itâs fully removed from all systems, including backups. But licenses you give others (like Creative Commons) may still apply.
We are not responsible for third parties violating your license terms.
Your Commitments
You agree to protect Unite from legal repercussions caused by your actions or misuse of your account. If such a case arises:
-
Both sides must notify each other promptly.
-
Unite may take the lead in resolving the issue, and youâll be expected to support that process.
-
Unite will not settle any claims in your name without your consent if it implies liability or financial cost to you.
No Guarantees
Use of the Unite Hub is at your own risk. We provide the platform as-is, with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or fitness for purpose.
Unite links to or integrates with third-party platforms. Weâre not responsible for their services or content. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to their terms independently.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
-
Unite is not liable for indirect, unforeseeable damages arising from your use of the Hub.
-
Any direct liability is limited to a maximum of $50 USD per claim.
Got Feedback?
We love hearing from you! Feel free to share your ideas with us.
By submitting feedback, you agree that we can use it however we see fitâwithout notifying you or compensating you. Please donât send suggestions you consider confidential or proprietary.
Ending Your Participation
Either of us can end this agreement at any time. If you or Unite choose to terminate your engagement with the Hub, your access ends.
The following parts still apply after termination: Content Ownership, Feedback, Commitments, No Guarantees, Liability Limits, and Legal Resolution.
Resolving Issues
All disputes related to these terms will be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
You and Unite agree to settle disputes individually (no class actions), through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in the Cayman Islands.
Court actions will only be permitted for seeking injunctive relief or claims under specific cybersecurity laws. Arbitration decisions will include arbitration costs, legal fees, and relevant witness expenses.

Waiving one breach doesnât waive any future ones.
